Sistema de gestión seguridad y salud en el trabajo Diginet S.A.S.

Risk management represents a highly efficient work tool to avoid and control the impact of shortcomings in the field where it is applied; that is why the Colombian national government has been driven with increasing force, a campaign of awareness about the importance of safety and health of people inside companies, regardless of their size. Therefore, it is mandatory to implement the management system of health and safety at work, seeking a gradual reduction of diseases, absenteeism, disability, lawsuits and compensations that are registered in the country, as a result of the exercise of functions within the job positions offered by the companies; given that this situation has contributed to the detriment of the health service system, the Fosyga and the average premium pension scheme; as well as in the image and decrease of the cash flow of the companies that are involved in lawsuits and payments of high compensations. The long-term goal is to improve the working conditions of any person who is working in the Colombian territory and simultaneously contribute to the strengthening and competitiveness of companies. Arguing all of the above, DIGINET S.A.S. receives this requirement well and is involved in the development of its own management system, in order to improve existing processes while ensuring a suitable working environment for its human capital.La gestión del riesgo representa una herramienta de trabajo altamente eficiente para evitar y controlar el impacto de las falencias en el ámbito donde sea aplicado; es por ello que el gobierno nacional colombiano ha venido impulsado cada vez con más fuerza, una campaña de conciencia sobre la importancia de la seguridad y de la salud de las personas al interior de las empresas, sin importar su tamaño. Por consiguiente, se instaura la obligatoriedad de implementar el sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, buscando una reducción paulatina de enfermedades, ausentismo, invalidez, demandas e indemnizaciones que se registran en el país, a razón del ejercicio de las funciones dentro de los puestos trabajo ofrecidos por las empresas; dado que ésta situación ha contribuido en el detrimento del sistema de servicios en salud, el Fosyga y el régimen pensional de prima media; así como también en la imagen y disminución del flujo de efectivo de las empresas que se ven involucradas en demandas y pagos de altas indemnizaciones. La meta a largo plazo es mejorar las condiciones laborales de cualquier persona que se encuentre laborando en el territorio colombiano y contribuir simultáneamente con el fortalecimiento y la competitividad de las empresas. Argumentado todo lo anterior, DIGINET S.A.S. recibe a bien este requerimiento y se involucra en el desarrollo de su propio sistema de gestión, en aras de mejorar los procesos existentes a la vez que garantiza un ambiente laboral adecuado para su capital humano
